I dunno, the Beretta BM-59 (M1 Garands rebarreled to .308 and box magazine fed) looks like they used M14 mags with the spot welded rear tabs. But it ain't out of the realm of possibilities
I went off hunting unicorns. Damn near everything I could find uses CETME/G3, FAL, M14, Remington, AR-10, PAP M77 or BAR pattern mags (at least for ~20 round capacity stuff). Even the super rare guns. Of those the M77 is the only one with tabs front and back, but the back tab is super long to allow for rocking in. I doubt these tabs would work. That covers basically everything I can think of in .308 Win/7.62 NATO. So either this is for something super rare, or possible not 308 and we are looking in the wrong places.

Mitchell Arms M90 magazines.
