Looking for some info on iver Johnson revolver serial # b13388 5 shot believe 32. Does anyone know manufacture date and is this a 32 sw or 32 acp? Or blackpowder? Thanks for any help.

Not a black powder revolver as in a cap and ball or muzzle loader.
However...it may be of pre-smokeless powder era.
.32 S&W is the likely caliber.
It might be a Model 1900...please note that this is a guess.

A reference work that covers these revolvers is Iver Johnson's Arms & Cycle Works Firearms 1871—1993, by W. E. Bill Goforth (2006, Gun Show Books Publishing), should anyone be interested.
 
Those are almost exclusively .32 S&W, a fine, accurate cartridge. Actually 2X as powerful as 22LR, but that is a different way of looking at it. AFAIK, ammo is still available. .32 ACP (semi-rimmed) should not chamber and is a really bad idea if it will - as it runs at 20,500 PSI rather than 12,000 as the S&W.
Some of those old revolvers you unscrew the cylinder pin and use it to pop the empties out. Looks like yours has a loading gate. The collectors at the colt Forum have a lot of info on these, as some of them collect old H&R and IJ revolvers.
