Oils like to know age, caliber and value before deciding what to do with it.

Weisbach
Serial number 3556
possibly .35 caliber
 
Well, it looks very interesting. You might try a .38 S & W Special cartridge in the Cylinder and see if it fits. You might also try a straight .38 S&W - this is NOT just a shorter .38 Special. The .38 S&W is a .360 caliber while the .38 Special is .357. I'd guess this could be from before WW-2 when the .38 S&W was more common. I'm going to have to go do some research and if I find anything I'll let you know.;)
 
Weisbach listed in German directories as a firearms maker and wholesaler 1900-1920.
couldn't give a caliber as I would want to see it and measure it. It would also be a good idea to do a casting.
Most likely this was made in Germany (Deutsche Industrie) in the town of Weisbach. Those types of pistols were the Saturday night special of the time made cheap so everyone could afford them.
