Hello, hoping to purchase the wum-1 from Bandito7. Worked out of Kent Washingtons Airgas terminal for about a year hauling liquid nitrogen third party. I build and collect Ak platforms. Im active in r/ak47 and the owner of Ak Nation on Mewe.

Welcome Aboard. Glad you found the forum.

This is the best place to hang out on the internet.

I know that you're not in the Oregon/ Washington area but we've found the best way to meet the community and learn where and how to use public lands responsibly is through grass roots involvement.

If there isn't a local group that advocates for responsible stewardship of public lands, check out Trash No Land.

Texas has very very little "public" land to target shoot on. Over 90% of the state is owned by someone or by a corporation. If you are in TX. best to get some your own land to shoot on or find a range that you like.
Nothing like here in OR.

Naw, you just gotta head out to West Texas and hit the desert boonies. Plenty of places to shoot out there where you won't be bothered.

Yes, I have family in the Houston area and Brothers that I served with that call Texas home. Thanks for reiterating this fact.

Kind of makes you wonder why does the government own so much land in the former frontier states.
