Saw that ( Not in person) when it happened, crazy!
Saw a Jet-A tanker truck explode on I-95 in Rhode Island back in 2000, was nucking futz, couple of cars drove through the fire, engines stalled and the drivers coasted through, no body got hurt, no idea how they made it, but glad they did!

The best part of that, well other than the stellar driving, is the morons standing there watching and filming. Reminds me of when the Atlas foundry here blew. I could feel the first blast at my house. People stopped on the Nalley Valley over pass, got out of their cars to stand there and watch. When the truck blew it sent one set of axle's up onto the over pass. Some Cop was screaming into his radio that they needed help to get the morons out of there before one of them got hurt. People are amazing some times.

Looks mostly like acetylene from the flames but some of the bottles were higher pressure than acetylene is stored (250 PSI).

Yah, flames looked like acetylene. Probably O2, CO2/Ar, N2, etc in there. Good thing no SiH4....
