Happy Easter All! Personally I'm following God's example and resting on this 7th day. Just woke up from a great nap!
Headed to the kitchen for a Roast Beef Sandwich, then maybe watch some of the Starwars Marathon on TNT.

Thanks, it was a Kirkland Spiral ham. I normally do a regular non spiral ham as the spiral hams dry out but this one turned out damn good.

I made a brown sugar glaze with
Dr. Pepper, apricot brandy, Dijon mustard and some stone ground mustard.

Happy Easter all. The little ones looked for eggs earlier. And they just opened the baskets the Mrs made. They seem to be pretty excited.
