We had a midday lunch of roasted (imported from Australia) leg of lamb, with roasted carrots, roasted parsnips, mashed 'taters, green peas, and homemade (100% from scratch) lemon meringue pie….

Then according to my wife and adult kids, I (apparently) went into a food coma for about an hour and snored like a mo-fo while sitting in my leather reclining easy-chair.


In my defense… at 6am I was peeling 10# of potatoes and 8# of carrots and parsnips after all! LOL!


DANG, I married well and am blessed!!
