H & R (Harrington & Richardson) M 1 Garand. This rifle was assembled from a receiver purchased from the CMP. The barrel was manufactured in Norway and is dated 12-54. The muzzle measures under 2 and the throat is less than 3 as you can see in the pictures. Most of the other parts including the op-rod, trigger group and rear sights are H & R. The bolt is Springfield The stock is an after market stock that is glass bedded. Price is $1,000 and buyer pays transfer fees. Includes 1 bandolier of HXP 30-06 on garand clips and 2 clips (8 rounds each) of Lake City ammunition.
