Just read that the best investment if things REALLY go south is not gold and silver,( you can't eat metal), it's guns and ammunition..which gives you the means to HAVE what you need to survive. Isn't it hilarious that the anti-2A people are standing in line at the Ceasefire-buy backs to trade their guns for gift certificates for tennis shoes at Fred Meyers. I guess that with them, they think they can run faster than 3000 FPS.

You can't eat lead, brass, plastic, steel or aluminum either - but with the right combination of those, you might be able to gather something to eat.

That said, generally, people only need 3 or maybe four firearms to survive, and plenty of ammo. Most preppers have a lot more than that.

Its probably a potato gun gun or soda launcher.

It's probably an empty/fired LAWS tube or something like that, that they bought for $40 at a surplus store or gun show.
