I stopped by Gun Broker in Clackamas to pick up a rear sight blade for my Blackhawk. They had Ruger SR1911's for $699.00. I put one on layaway.
Don't know how many they have. But mine came from the back, not the display gun. Sounded like they have a few.
OK, I know the price is a little high, but not as high as some. I've gotten some really good deals on a few guns since Thanksgiving so paying a little extra for a gun that's so popular it's hard to find is fine by me. Plus it's on layaway, so now I need to work some overtime to pay for it.
