LOL! I wouldn't know. I LIVE in "Little Norway", doesn't mean I necessarily partake that deeply into the lifestyle!
If I wanna feel Scandihoovian, I go to Sluy's and get a Viking Donut or a loaf of Poulsbo Bread (they still make it!).
For anyone interested in the ground up Bonita, you can buy it at pretty much any store. It comes in a white box with an orange and blue label that's marked Hondashi.
Its a great soup base, too.
In fact that's what's in that soup you have for the New Year's celebration. It's just water, a little Shoyu and a pinch or two of Hondashi.
