Nice rifles Bend, Madcratebuilder ! What kind of accuracy are you getting and what ammo are you using ? I haven't officially put mine on paper at 100yds, but it'll knock off shotgun hulls laying down (from the bench) if I do my part I'm using CCI mini-mag's.
Hey Dan147, I did rescue a "parts" gun from Frisky to start my build. My rifle's internals, barrel, and stock are new, already had the scope.
Here is my favorite 10/22. I built this last year while recouperating from a couple elbow surgeries.
Mueller APV 4.5-16 X 40 scope w/two sunshades and Butler Creek flip-up scope covers.
Green Mountain fluted .920 Bull Barrel.
Rimfire Technologies Trigger group ( 2 lbs. and crisp!)
Rimfire Technologies Bolt handle/ spring.
Rimfire Technologies mag release. ( I bought these in blue before buying the stock. red would look better in my opinion.)
Auto Bolt release mod.
Rimfire Technologies bolt buffer.
Receiver has been fully polished inside.
Revival left-hand thumbhole stock bedded/freefloated.
Since the pic I have added a Rimfire Technologies Black Nitride Bolt that has been trued, headspaced, and the firing pin protrusion checked.
Not much more I'm going to do to this one. It will shoot quarter inch groups at 50 yards if I do my part.
Here's my current crop.
Top one is integrally suppressed, Kid trigger with no Ruger parts except the bolt (which isnt stock). Second one is just a plinking gun. Bottom gun has a 16" barrel setup for Aquilla SSS rounds.
