Good Quality Gun Vise?

I am just trying to get input on the Best Vise/Stand for sighting my rifles. I would rather spend more money the first time. I want to be able to hold my AR's down to 10/22, clamped stable and good fit for the guns. Any input or links would help, Good and Bad. Fire away, Thanks.

Look at a lead sled. They really hold the gun down with some weight on them. I shoot my .338 WM from one when shooting from a bench and it removes almost all recoil, jump etc...
