A few of you here have met me, and know where I work. It's a tough, high stress job in an even tougher industry. I am making a leap of faith, and trying something else on for size. My wife recently quit her job. She was making around $90k a year with bonuses.
It'a a huge hit to our income as I don't make that much. But she was working 10hrs a day, 6 days a week and was miserable and hardly saw our kids, the youngest is just over a year.
Sometimes the money isn't worth the toll on your life and happiness.
It will be tough on us, but will make our family much more weathly in life.

So good on you making that leap of faith.
