LOL! No, I had two uncles in Vietnam. Both gone now and I was remembering some of the stories they'd share after a couple of belts. They rarely talked about it when clear in head.

Thank you 556 for sharing . He spoke of Radio Hanoi and the negative reports & propaganda ..... sounds like the main street media today . He was bitter only in Jane Fonda and her traitor role . Also that it was difficult coming back and the wifes relinquishing family leadership roles that caused friction . It was an honor to know his story less we forget the trials of those who endured trials serving our country .
Also : beside every great man is a great woman . He most assuredly was blessed with his .
