Glock 43X mag pouch

I got a question I just received my bravo, concealment Glock, 43X holster and mag pouch the holster the gun fits perfectly. But on the mag pouch, I put my Glock 43X magnet I barely got it back out. It took extreme effort to get it out. The retention screw is backed all the way out there's no tension on it whatsoever. On the back of the mag pouch it says medium mag 3.0. Has anybody else had this issue with the Glock 43X mag pouches from bravo concealment. And I would definitely be open to any recommendations for mag pouches for the Glock 43X max. Thank you!
