Right now there is a $75 rebate from smith&Wesson on the Shield , I've seen them locally for $325 , so after rebate you'd only be $250 into it .. not sure on the performance center shield pricing ,but I believe the rebate applies to it too ..

I have a glock 43 for sale in Richland, Wa. about 200 rounds through it. Comes with one stock mag, one extended, full case, cleaning supplies that came with it and iwb crossbreed holster. You're a ways away. not sure if you're interested.
