What is the condition? I found an ffl pawn dealer in Tigard that can make the transfer for me. Would you accept an offer of $425 cash today for it? Also, do you have a holster for this?

I've been offered $475. That deal will go through on the 1st, but the buyer said not fair to hold it so if I can sell it before that do it. He was coming here to my local FFL guy in Monmouth. It's in excellent condition. Yes, it has a Kydex holster, I'll try to include pictures.
