Yes you are correct. I took a actual picture of a Gen 4 with 3 mags just to show the actual color.
What I have coming are indeed Gen 3 with 2 mags. Good observation! A little googlefu will show the Gen 3 model. I may need to go around and update the ads I have. This is the second time I've been asked.
