Glock 17 Trijicon night sight front and rear set. The Trijicon website says it fits the following: 17/17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38 and 39

Elzetta Flashlight mount ZFH1500 black standard model, installed once and removed/like new, I decided to go with the DD quad rail instead - $20 shipped. (Flashlight not included)
