Complete wireless home security system in box, ready to install (which takes about an hour). With this system, you can pick what you want to do:

- No monitoring (loud siren dissuades intruders)
- Self monitoring (siren + unit calls numbers you program into unit via landline phone)
- Professional monitoring (siren + emergency dispatch via landline phone or cellular GSM module which can purchased on eBay for $40)

If you don't need monitoring or just want to self monitor, there's no contact and no monthly fees (other than what you pay for your landline phone). If you want professional monitoring, that can range from $15 - $60 per month depending on the service (ADT, Alarm.com, etc.)

This kit includes:
- Wireless key pad (place by the front door)
- Main unit (place in master bedroom)
- Window/door sensors (x 6)
- Motion sensor
- Backup battery
- Keyfob (can be used to arm, disarm and activate panic mode)
