Personally not for me. Nothing wrong with it. Lightly used, but in good condition over all.
Comes with everything except the bikini-cover and 3/32 Allen wrench for the small screws.
There's some tool marks on the diopter and turrets, but nothing significant.
Updated torque specs written down.
