I ship 7-8 guns a week through the USPS . Have 30 years but I am allowed to. They don't know that unless they open a package which never happens. Only once, last week, have the ever lost/stolen anything and they paid up without incident.

Its not illegal to send guns in the mail but it depends on the circumstances. There are literally hundreds of thousands of guns sent through the US mail every day. Its illegal for non licensees to send pistols through the mail. You think the post office is opening every package to see if a. theres a gun in there, and b. if its sent from a licensee? No, of course not. Parts? Nothing illegal about sending parts in the US mail.
