Foxtrot Mike AR9 Lower + 33rd Glock Mag

I have a brand new, in box, Foxtrot Mike AR9 lower. The lower is complete except for your choice of brace. This would be a great set up for a pistol upper and SBA4 brace. Do not put a collapsible stock on this lower, that makes it a short barrel rifle and subject to NFA rules. Lower also comes with one socialist-triggering 33rd Glock clip-mag 6000 rd per second thingy. I live in the Milwaukie area and prefer to use 99 Pawn for transfers. Buyer pays transfer fees. $450.00 firm + fees.

was this lower transfered as a pistol originally?
I have one and it was registered as a receiver not a pistol or rifle.
you realize you posted this in the rifle section and then said not to put a stock on it because its a pistol?
