Found Money Today 45,000

I opened the dumpster at my apartments today and found three big black plastic bags of junk.
I have had problems before with people illegally dumping stuff, so I always open up the bags and look for a name/address.
Among a bunch of household junk, I found an envelope filled some kind of Asian foreign currency (45,000 worth of bank notes).
At first glance, It looked like it was Thailand "Baht" and that would exchange for around $1,000.00 US.
But after really checking it out, it turns out to be Cambodian, and that's only worth $7.50.
Maybe I should try sending it to that guy selling the HK Riffle 94 in Alabama.
