I don't know much about these, anyone know if these might be worth looking into getting repaired? Pretty rough shape.

Well, I'd say they are beyond 'getting repaired' but if they were mine I might consider disassembling the two halves, try cleaning them up and if the image appears to be clean and non - distorted I might consider finding an eye cup for the right side 'ocular' eyepiece BUT that right side objective lens looks bent and off - center and that might 'kill' the whole idea.

Not worth repairing to put back into practical use.

BUT: When I first saw the word, "Wetzler," it got my attention. Because that is a city in western Germany and the actual spelling is Wetzlar. With the final vowel being an A.

Zeiss is a respected German maker of optics. Which got broken up after WW2, and that resulted in two parallel Zeiss firms. Operating on both sides of the Iron Curtain. Zeiss had a subsidiary company called Hensholdt in Wetzlar that made binoculars with their and the Zeiss brand on them.

However, I don't think the binoculars shown in the original post were made in Germany. I think they were probably made in Japan after WW2, playing on the word "Wetzler" to try to fool buyers into thinking they were getting a real Zeiss product.
