A year and ½ ago I had the slide milled, by C&H Precision, to accommodate a Leupold DPP. There is NO plate, the optic is mounted directly to the slide. It is cut so the original sights are intact and could be used if the optic were removed. Don't know if you could have a cover plate made so the slide would look more 'normal' with the optic removed, if you wanted to use iron sights.
It comes with up to 6 X 15 round mags and 4 of them have +2 extensions.
A TLR -1 light is mounted on it. It's up to you whether that is part of any deal.
* I'd like to trade it for an equally quality 1911 in 9mm. The number of mags will be commensurate with what you have, and the light is negotiable.
