It is a standard red-dot sight, aligned with the existing sights. The Docter is specifically designed to be mounted directly on the slide and absorb the shock of the action without losing accuracy or being affected by recoil. I have the documentation for the sight. I am the second owner, and I have put less than 20 rounds through it. I don't think the first owner fired it much at all. The barrel is crisp and clean.

I got the piece to fire IPSC and practical pistol, having large capacity magazines. Health issues have forced cessation of those activities.
