So, we've completed the paperwork to add my wifely sidekick (@TeacherSmurf) as a "Responsible Person" to our 01FFL. The cover letter, form, and photos are done. Now we need to do the fingerprint card. ATF tells me we can "roll our own" if we are setup, which we are because taking thumbprints is part of the transfer process in this state.
Most of the fields on the card are self-explanatory. However, I don't know what "YOUR NO OCA" and "FBI NO FBI" would be:
I'm not finding much on the Intratubes, though there is at least one other source I will study. But I'd figure I'd ask the friends here. Thanks all.
