FFL question

    Is everyone at a department store (who sells guns) required to have an FFL or does one FFL cover everyone who might sell a gun. This question dawned on me while I was helping the cashier at Big 5 with the paperwork to sell me a gun.

    It covers the business and whoever is legally employed there. Good question!

    It also doesn't mean the person behind the counter knows what they are doing, or what they are talking about.
