I had a really positive experience doing a transfer at Mazama Sporting Goods in Eugene, might give them a shot.

Gunrunner arms has always been great to me. Reasonable prices, too. My experience with mazama for private party transfers is that they charge way, way too much money. I was charged $30 without the bgc, for BOTH sides of the transfer coming out to $70. So I won't use them but maybe things have changed

Lol. Anyway, maybe worth OP calling ahead to confirm prices, but my experience there anyway was very positive, reasonable prices, cool shop, nice guys.

I know you already got it done but for future reference emerald valley armory in creswell is 20$ for a transfer, nice guys too
