To date, None of the East Coast Gun Laws have ever worked as intended, except for working against the Law Abiding Citizens. But the NY Dollars did have to pay for something. With all the Bodyguards that had Licenses to Carry that truly should NOT have been able to own Firearms, under some of the same Laws, well, as OJ proved, Money CAN buy Justice!
