Selling my WW2 era Enfield No 2 Mk1** chambered in .38/200 38 S&W. This is the late-war version of the revolver made with the bobbed hammer. Some people refer to these variants as the "tanker" model, but that's not the reason for them being hammerless as far as I know. It was purely cost and mfg time, plus most of the British soldiers fired these in double action, making the hammer pointless for most.

As seen in the photos, it's all matching with serial ZB 2955 which confirms the 1944 production year. Seems to be in good condition compared to other Mk1**s I've seen, and the bore is bright and shiny. Timing and lockup seem to be solid as well.
Photos should show most of the stampings, and I took the photos in direct light to show the "worst case" condition. Will look much smoother in natural light. FFL pays transfer fees (Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City is only $20).
Thanks!
