This is known as the Revolver, No2 MK I*
shoots 38 S&W (technically .38/200 which is a deviation from the 38 S&W)
Designed to shoot a 200gr soft lead bullet or 178gr jacketed bullet). As a war time production this one probably has the sites for the 178gr.
