Took this on trade recently and don't have an application for it. This is a blowout price.
Elcan SpecterDR 1-4x fde newest style. Comes complete in box with manual, flip caps and ARD/killflash device ($50+ accessory). It looks new to me but I did mock mount it briefly. So we'll call it used. It is not a SU marked one obviously.
