I'm gonna E-Form a lower and I was wondering if I'd need to get a second Serial number for it engraved on and If so where a good place to have that done is in the PDX area.

If its a factory receiver you dont need another serial number. You do need your name or trust name, city and state engraved.

Whichever "maker" name and city, state is on the approved Form 1 is engraved on the lower (assuming an AR SBR) before assembling the SBR.

It's a bit of a drive but worth it as laser looks way better.

Call Cascade Laser in Newburg and ask for Tara. 503-554-1926. She will set you up with a good date and time. Takes all but 10-15 minutes and I believe she still only charges $40.

There is a laser engraver up here in WA who can put NFA engraving inside the mag well lip.
