DOJ is declaring war on outlier state gun laws. This is about banned handguns in Mass.
Seems like WA and OR aren't on their radar yet. Note that WA has followed other states like Mass saying it's "consumer protection" to avoid the 2A issue. So the end result of this case may impact other states. It has a long ways to go yet before it reaches SCOTUS but DOJ will have their brief on this on record for the future.
