Right now the Defender line has a 6-shot .38 or a 5-shot .357. Do they need to crossbreed the two and make a 6-shot .357 magnum version? They have bigger .357 6-shot revolvers. The 692 comes immediately to mind, in all it's muti-cylinder glory. But it's a big gun, not really suitable for CCW. A 6-shot .357 on the 856 frame would be.
Anyone like this idea?

Those 692's really aren't that large, its still not S&W N-frame size and even then those aren't too hard to conceal as long as the barrel is 4" or shorter.
The frame size from the 6 shot .38 to 6 shot 357 really isn't that significant , with a good holster and decent belt they carry about the same.
