I'm sure some was user error, and some was completely out of the users control. Either way nobody else had these issues so why take the risk? The 320 doesn't put rounds down range any better than other guns so all I can think of at this point is brand loyalty, ego and/or ignorance. If 1mm into a trigger was reduces 80% sear engagement on a gun without a trigger safety is that a safe duty/self defense gun?
I still think there is a flaw in the design. I just don't know if anyone has technically figured it out. But we get closer day by day.
The funny thing is the same people who go to the ends of the world to say it was X that made the gun go off (some of which are beyond possible) are same people that refuse to even acknowledge there may be a problem in certain guns. Not all guns. But a select few.
I think some instances were user error. The gun is competition style gun/trigger sold as a duty gun (which it is not) and is prone to be manipulated easily. Either by human error or other objects. But there are instances where I believe 100% that there was something mechanically wrong with the gun. And I don't think it's something you can recreate easily.
I have eyes. And I am not on my knees for SIG taking every word as gospel.
