...that the Oregon State Police doesn't seem to have Quality Control when they generate LEDS reports? I was told by LEDS Operations, OSP that when OSP is checking-up on someone that has lived in other states, that they get information from NCIC, FBI, and then churn that out to whomever initiated the query. However, If the information is inaccurate, the OSP passes the buck.
