Q: What did the doe say when she came out of the forest?

A: I'll never do that for 2 bucks again

(If your going to do flat rate shipping tape the hell out of it.... they throw those thing around, esp when heavy)

I once return shipped a pair of disc brakes for my Ford Explorer in a Priority Mail box. Musta weighed in around 25lbs. No telling how much all the tape I used weighed!

The USPS Priority mail boxes don't have a weight limit. If it fits, it ships with no weight limit.

Double box it.
The USPS priority mail flat rate boxes aren't strong enough, especially if it's shifting weight. I've received boxes of projectiles that are spilling out because of the weakness of the box.
It's a good idea to Ziploc baggie it too.
