DOC Secretary Dick Morgan gets a letter in regards to the "offender" terminology

It looks like Secretary of Prisons for Washington State, Dick Morgan is getting his bubblegum handed to him by a few pissed of senators over the decision to quit using the term "offender" within the state's prison system.

So glad to see common sense prevail for once. How long do you think until we see Morgan publicly rescind his proclamation in regards to the use of the "offender" terminology?
