Rep. Richardsons plan is a good one, but I thought that it was already in use in Texas.

I do apologize for being lazy and did not read everyone’s post to see if this has been said:

First: Texas has had this type of program for years and it works…

Second: Doesn’t it seem odd, that we have armed guards, bullet proof glass, alarm systems with lock down procedures, etc… in every bank in America, protecting our precious money? However, we have nothing protecting our kids…
