Delayed denied for supressor question

Hello all so I purchased a 22 sparrow can back in April last year and got a email about delayed denied on 8/18/25... ive asked silencer shop about it and didn't help i asked the ffl who has my item in jail about it and nothing... so my question is what should I do from here do I just continue to wait but since the $200 tax stamp is now gone doesnt help with the backlog of wait times so what would be my best method of either getting my item or a refund at this point?? thanks all...
