This is a nice upper but I wanted a lightweight barrel. I was sent this instead. Anyways, its a new, never fired, 16 inch 1x8 in .223 Wylde. Chrome moly vanadium with T marks and M4 feed ramp cuts. Includes charging handle, bolt carrier group, and a Magpul MBUS rear sight. $260 cash and I can do a face to face in Oregon City. Northwest Fisherman's or Home Depot off I 205 are pretty convenient spots.
