Yes. They sell the stripped uppers for mk18 and they don't put the mk18 etching on them. It came without a bcg, charging handle, and muzzle device. The rest was assembled by DD

I just bought a new Daniel defense complete upper (M4A1) from Brownell's and the only thing thats stated on the receiver was "Daniel Defense" near the rail attachment point. So we are probably good to go, I got the real thing from Brownell's and this looks like it is the real thing as well.

Ok sounds good I kinda figured it was a brownells purchase. Which I know is good to go. Just wanted to make sure. Cause my mk18 is a complete mk18 that has the DD etching plus the "mk18" etching. But I think I might be interested in this I'll send you a pm when I get home
