Serious question. Can these still be transfered in WA? I have a 308 available, but I'm fairly sure you can no longer buy/sell AR's in WA

You're grandfathered in keeping them if you already had them, but not anymore in regards to buying newer ones anymore. Oregon is on the balance on that. That's my understanding as I don't live in Washington State.
