Does it come with the Cylinder gap guage and barrel nut wrench?

other hand gun trades, most anything, as long as its as clean as mine, no wrench tool.

The factory barrel nut tool is plastic and they crack. You can get a very nice steel tool off evil bay for 30-40 bucks, use a feeler gauge for setting the barrel gap.

Looks like a M15-2, 6 inch non vented rib. The price is right on.
