Cz scorpion evo package (hbi parts, mags, optic?)

Posting my pride and joy to fund a new interest. Bought this cz scorpion evo from Sporting Systems a few years ago and have loved it dearly but the time has come. Package will include the following.
Scorpion evo
5x 30 round cz mags
2x 20 round cz mags
Pakse sapper mlok handguard
Pakse pathfinder grip
Hbi right side safety delete
Hbi extended charging handle
Hbi flat faced trigger
Sb tactical side folding brace.
All the factory take off parts (minus the end cap for the brace, can't find that)

Has had about 500-700 rounds fired and is in great shape. Asking $1200 firm for the package. Prefer meeting in the Vancouver/Portland area but shipping can be discussed. For an additional $200 i'll include the holosun 407c and the larue mount. No trades, thanks guys!
