Your inbox is full. Anyone know if it is legal if a Washington resident sells this to an Oregon resident at an Oregon FFL?

I believe he has to have an ffl from WA ship it to an ffl in OR

Yes it is very legal. We just have to meet at a FFl in oregon. I work in portland a lot and can meet you.

To ship a firearm, you do not need to go through a FFL. You need a copy of the FFL you are sending it to but that is it. I have shipped many firearms.

An oregon resident can buy a long gun in washington but not a handgun. Same for a washington resident.
